Commercial Partnerships and Operations Head VP/AVP

Role Summary:

Responsible for driving revenue growth expanding strategic partnerships and ensuring operational excellence across key business units

Plays a critical role in scaling the companys distribution network optimizing partner performance and delivering sustainable business growth

Oversees the Portfolio Acquisition and Management Merchant Acquisition and Management Retail Business and Sales Operations departments

Provides strategic direction and leadership across commercial partnerships and operations functions

Builds mentors and develops high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Management or a related field

Strong understanding of the fintech payments or financial services industry is highly preferred

Hands-on experience in portfolio management and performance optimization

Proven expertise in merchant acquisition onboarding systems and lifecycle management

Expertise in retail operations management (multi-site/kiosk operations)

10 years of progressive experience in sales business development commercial management or a related leadership role
