Active Utilities (AU) is an innovative company servicing Australian embedded network (EN) multiple occupant locations with telephony internet/data electricity and other utility needs.

• Making a high volume of outbound calls and sending electronic communications to follow up on outstanding debtor balances.
  
• Handling inbound calls and electronic communications from customers regarding account status personal details outstanding balances and other ad hoc enquiries.
  
• Documenting collection activities customer interactions and attendance at team meetings.
  
• Performing data integrity checks to ensure accuracy of account information.
  
• Preparing internal management reporting as required.
  
• Assisting with other ad hoc duties as required.
  
• Demonstrating strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  
• Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Managing sensitive or difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism.
  
• Providing a professional telephone manner and customer service focus.
  
• Applying a continuous improvement mindset with a willingness to identify process efficiencies.
  

• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
