Cluster General Manager International Hotel Group Metro Manila Philippines
An international hotel group with three to five star hotel inventory is looking for a Cluster General Manager to join its management team. The position will be overseeing the overall operations of the assigned hotels ensuring efficiency and profitability of the property.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or any business related course
Three (3) years experience in the same position preferably managed multiple brands and categories
Managed at least four (4) properties simultaneously as a Cluster General Manager
With pre-opening skill set project management and project development know-how
Managed at least four (4) properties simultaneously as a Cluster General Manager
With pre-opening skill set project management and project development know-how
Excellent management and leadership skills
Strong multi-level and cross-functional communication skills
With proven stakeholder engagement including client and partner relations
Open to all nationalities preferably already in the Philippines and/or with a valid work permit in the Philippines
