Cluster Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage & Culinary

• Lead and inspire our Food & Beverage and Culinary teams of Novotel and ibis Styles Manila Araneta City to deliver outstanding service and memorable experiences
• Drive revenue growth through strategic management of restaurants bars banquets and other outlets
• Ensure high standards of quality safety and hygiene across all Food and Beverage & Culinary operations
• Collaborate with the culinary teams to create innovative menus and promote culinary excellence
• Manage budgets analyze financial reports and implement initiatives to optimize profitability
• Foster a positive motivated and guest focused work environment

Qualifications :

• Degree in Hospitality Management Culinary Arts Business Administration or related field preferred
• With at least 810 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience in luxury or upscale hotels
• With previous experience in the same capacity or Executive Assistant Manager - Food and Beverage
• With knowledge of restaurant operations banquet management culinary operations and beverage programs
• Strong understanding of HACCP food safety and hospitality regulations
• Excellent leadership communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
