Club Manager

Anytime Fitness Superstars is looking for an experienced results-driven Club Manager to lead our upcoming Anytime Fitness branch in Tagum City Davao.

The Club Manager will have full ownership of the clubs sales performance people management member experience and day-to-day operations. We are looking for a strong leader who can build a high-performing team drive membership growth and establish a successful club from the ground up.

• Lead coach and develop the club team to achieve individual and business targets.
• Recruit train motivate and manage team members.
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.
• Build a positive accountable and results-oriented team culture.
• Manage staff schedules attendance and day-to-day team concerns.

• Drive membership sales personal training sales renewals and other revenue-generating activities.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor leads conversions sales performance and other key business metrics.
• Coach the team on lead generation sales conversion follow-ups and customer engagement.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue membership growth and overall club profitability.

• Oversee the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the club.
• Ensure compliance with Anytime Fitness standards company policies and operating procedures.
• Monitor facility cleanliness equipment safety and overall club presentation.
• Ensure accurate handling of memberships payments reports inventory and other operational requirements.
• Identify operational issues and implement timely corrective actions.

• Deliver an exceptional member experience and build strong member relationships.
• Address member concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Develop initiatives that improve member engagement satisfaction and retention.
• Foster a strong fitness community within the club.

• Support the preparation and launch of the Tagum City branch.
• Assist in building and training the initial club team.
• Support pre-selling lead generation local marketing activities and community partnerships.
• Help establish operational systems and standards before and after club opening.
• Take ownership of the clubs performance during its critical launch period.

• Bachelors degree in Business Management Marketing Sports/Fitness or a related field is preferred.
• Extensive experience in people management sales and operations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales or business targets.
• Strong leadership communication coaching and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized proactive and results-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Experience in the fitness industry is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to learn and adapt to Anytime Fitness systems standards and industry practices.
• Willing to be based in Tagum City Davao.
• Available to start ASAP.
