The Role

As a Client Success Manager youll own the client journey from onboarding through long-term account management. Youll become a strategic partner to a portfolio of clients helping them build successful remote teams coordinating recruitment efforts supporting contractors and identifying opportunities to grow their teams over time.

This is a highly collaborative role where youll work closely with clients recruiters contractors and internal leadership to deliver an exceptional experience at every stage of the partnership.

Your success will be measured not only by client satisfaction and retention but also by your ability to build trust anticipate challenges and create opportunities for long-term growth.

Role Details

Commitment: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Working Hours: Flexible with overlap across international clients

Location: Fully Remote

Engagement: Independent Contractor

Start Date: ASAP

Monthly Rate: $1600 - $2000 (depending on level of experience) revenue-based incentives

What Youll Do

Client Success & Relationship Management

• Own the client relationship from onboarding through long-term partnership.
• Lead onboarding hiring kick-offs and calibration sessions to ensure alignment and success.
• Develop a deep understanding of each clients business hiring strategy and growth plans.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular check-ins business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Proactively identify challenges manage expectations and deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Drive long-term client satisfaction retention and account growth.

Recruitment Coordination

• Translate hiring requirements into clear recruitment briefs for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Partner closely with recruiters throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment progress timelines and candidate pipelines.
• Keep clients informed with proactive communication and regular updates.
• Ensure every placement reflects Bamboo Works commitment to quality and service.

Contractor Success

• Support contractors throughout their engagement with Bamboo Works.
• Conduct onboarding and regular performance check-ins.
• Help contractors integrate successfully into their clients teams.
• Identify and address potential performance concerns early.
• Facilitate constructive conversations between clients and contractors when needed.

Project & Operations Management

• Act as the primary point of coordination between clients recruiters contractors sales and leadership.
• Keep projects moving efficiently while ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with exceptional organization and attention to detail.
• Continuously improve internal processes to enhance the client experience.

Growth & Account Development

• Identify opportunities to help clients expand their remote teams.
• Recommend additional roles and staffing solutions that genuinely support business growth.
• Recognize account expansion opportunities through regular client conversations.
• Contribute to the long-term growth of both Bamboo Works and its clients.

What Were Looking For

Must-Haves

• 3 years of experience in Client Success Customer Success Account Management Recruitment Staffing Outsourcing or another client-facing role.
• Proven experience managing long-term client relationships with a strong focus on retention and account growth.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing several projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and confidence handling challenging client conversations.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with fluent English.
• Highly organized proactive and capable of working independently.
• Strong commercial awareness while maintaining a client-first mindset.
• Comfortable learning about different industries business models and organizational structures.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience within recruitment staffing outsourcing or HR services.
• Familiarity with remote hiring models and globally distributed teams.
• Experience supporting clients hiring professionals such as executive assistants developers marketers accountants finance professionals or operations specialists.
• Experience using ATS CRM project management or client success platforms.
