About the company
A cash-pay sports physical therapy and performance coaching clinic based in the US. We work with athletes and active individuals to help them recover from injury improve performance and stay in the game. We operate with a personalized high-touch approach and are in an active growth phase scaling our client intake through digital ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Role Overview
This is a sales and client coordination role first. The primary function of this position is to respond to warm
inbound leads people who have already filled out a form through one of our ad campaigns and convert
them into booked evaluation appointments with our doctor of physical therapy.
You will be the first voice a potential client hears from. Your job is to follow a structured discovery call process understand what the client is dealing with present our evaluation clearly and book them in. Secondary responsibilities include scheduling coordination payment collection CRM management in GoHighLevel and basic social media engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone thrives in a structured process and takes
ownership of their results.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond to all warm inbound leads within required response time windows via phone text and DM
- Conduct structured discovery calls using a provided script to qualify leads and book evaluation appointments
- Collect deposits and process payments for booked evaluations
- Manage all lead activity call logs and follow-up tasks in GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Submit accurate end-of-day activity reports aligned with CRM data
- Follow up with unbooked leads through calls texts and messages on a set cadence
- Coordinate appointment scheduling confirmations and reminders
- Respond to DMs and inquiries on Facebook and Instagram
- Communicate proactively with the owner regarding lead flow pipeline status and any issues
Secondary Responsibilities
- Support basic social media content administration including uploading and scheduling posts
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages on company platforms
- Assist with any overflow in lead communication to ensure no warm lead goes uncontacted
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience handling warm inbound leads via phone this is the core of the role
- Strong verbal English communication skills clear confident and professional on calls
- Direct experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or a comparable CRM must be comfortable logging
calls updating lead statuses and managing pipelines
- Ability to follow a structured call script while keeping the conversation natural and patient-focused
- Experience collecting payments or deposits over the phone or through a scheduling system
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high lead volume without dropping
follow-ups
- Comfortable working within a structured accountability system including daily activity reporting

About the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has direct experience converting warm leads into booked appointments over the
phone. They are comfortable with a structured discovery call process and can handle common objections including questions about insurance and pricing calmly and confidently. They are honest about their
own performance take feedback well and understand that their daily activity in GHL is the single source
of truth for this role.
A background in health fitness or physical therapy is a plus but not required. What matters most is call
flow accountability and the ability to connect with patients in a warm and professional way.

Compensation
$1000to$1300/month base reflecting competitive rates for full-time remote roles in South Africa Latin
America and similar regions.
Performance-based commission is also available:
- $10 per lead successfully converted into a booked evaluation
- Additional $25 if that patient proceeds into a paid plan of care
Total potential commission: $35 per fully converted patient.
