Civil Works Supervisor

• Oversees effective maintenance and repair of all reported defects during the day manufactures installs maintains and repairs the carpentry-related issues.
• Works to a preventative planned maintenance program oversees the cleanliness of the carpenters workshop and storage room and ensures all tools and equipment are in good condition.
• Ensures that there is an adequate stock of all equipment and supplies repairs and maintains all matters related to carpentry trains and develops colleagues.

Qualifications :

• Degree in Engineering or a graduate of a recognized Vocational or Trade School; equivalent technical certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in carpentry operations within a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of painting masonry and Microsoft Office applications.
