Role description:

This role supports endtoend civil design services for urban development by coordinating implementing and providing technical support to ensure successful project delivery. Key responsibilities include delivering highquality design services across global offices maintaining compliance with standards and best practices and driving technical excellence. The position also emphasizes innovation and continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and overall project outcomes.

Role accountabilities:

• Assist in producing accurate consistent civil design outputs that meet program quality budget and safety objectives under senior guidance.
• Deliver increasingly complex engineering work with growing independence and understanding of multielement design and coordination.
• Apply constructability principles and support multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure integrated buildable solutions.
• Utilize standardized calculations workflows digital tools and automation to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with BIM standards (ISO 19650 EIR BEP) project and data center requirements following Arcadis processes and principles.
• Contribute to team development by mentoring junior staff preparing a professional development plan and supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 4 years experience delivering multidisciplinary design and modeling projects using BIM platforms (Civil 3D ACC Bluebeam Dynamo Inventor Navisworks Autodesk Forma).
• Experience in urban development projects (roads drainage utilities earthworks); exposure to data center projects is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of UK North American and EU standards relevant to data center projects.
• Competency in 3D modeling for sewer/foul electrical telecom systems and pressurized pipe networks (potable fire water sprinklers).
• Familiarity with hydrologic/hydraulic modeling tools such as InfoDrainage XPSWMM TUFLOW and EPANET is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and regions prepare reports and deliver presentations.
• Proactive team player with the ability to work independently perform under pressure and contribute to continuous learning and development.
