City Supervisor (Cebu)

Lead manage and support field teams and coordinators

Coordinate with LGUs government agencies and key stakeholders

Monitor performance targets (KPIs) and ensure operational goals are met

Manage budgets resources and ensure proper utilization of funds

Resolve operational issues and handle escalations in a timely manner

Ensure accurate reporting documentation and compliance with policies and regulations

Support planning and execution of city-level programs and initiatives

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in operations management preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong background in operations management strategic planning and execution
• Excellent team leadership stakeholder coordination reporting budgeting and KPI
• Tracking and performance monitoring. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google
• Workspace. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
