Role: Video Editor / VA
Priority Location: Philippines
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon - Fri) must overlap with EST
Salary Range: $800 - $1400 USD ($) per month (The final offer is at the clients discretion and depends on the candidates interview result skills and experience.)

About the Role: Our client is looking for a sharp proactive and detail-oriented team member to support the founder with a mix of video editing general operations support and research. This is a hands-on role for someone who can follow instructions well move quickly and help keep content and day-to-day tasks moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for product founder and brand content
- Convert long videos into short-form clips for social media platforms
- Support with basic graphic design or content formatting as needed
- Assist with general company operations and administrative tasks
- Help document organize and improve SOPs and internal processes
- Research tools platforms and ideas that could improve workflows and business operations
- Support the founder day-to-day with assigned tasks and follow-ups
- Research new tools and improving processes
Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Strong video editing skills are the top priority
- Comfortable handling a mix of creative and assistant-type work
- Detail-oriented and able to follow directions carefully
- Fast learner with good common sense
- Strong English communication skills
- Proactive adaptable and willing to learn new tools and systems
- Ask clarifying questions when instructions are unclear or something looks off
- Experience working with American clients is a plus
