Job Summary
- Delivers flawless personalized butler service from pre-arrival to departure ensuring impeccable suite readiness curated amenities and bespoke guest experiences.
- Coordinates seamlessly with Food & Beverage Concierge Front Office and operational teams to anticipate guest needs and maintain exceptional five-star service standards.
- Coaches and develops the Butler team to deliver discreet intuitive and anticipatory service while supporting training initiatives and continuous performance improvement.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset.
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience as a butler in a luxury hotel.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledgeable in Opera and Microsoft applications.
