Business Transformation Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead transformation and transition initiatives ensuring processes documentation training and teams are fully prepared for successful implementation and go-live.

• Lead transformation projects from planning through implementation and go-live.
• Manage project timelines milestones deliverables and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee SOP creation process documentation knowledge transfer and training readiness.
• Collaborate with Transformation Design Operations and Transition teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks issues dependencies and process gaps.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Ensure operational readiness before go-live and support successful transitions.
• Drive continuous process improvements aligned with future-state operating models.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Operations Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in project management transformation shared services transition or operations.
• 35 years of people leadership or team management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in process documentation training knowledge transfer and change or transition initiatives is highly preferred.
