- 8 years experience in Business Management or Operations PMO Strategic Planning Transformation or similar functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience developing executive presentations business reporting and performance insights.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Project Management certification (PMP Agile Scrum PRINCE2 etc.).
- Experience building Power BI solutions automation workflows or AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Experience within investments operations financial services insurance shared services or operations environments.
