Job Summary

This role brings new business for IDEMIA through customer acquisition and offering launch.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute proactive lead generation strategies through outbound prospecting networking and market research
- Identify qualify and develop high-quality opportunities aligned with target enterprise clients (banking and fintech)
- Manage the full cycle for smaller less complex deals from outreach through to closing
- Handover qualified opportunities to the sales team and support them throughout the deal lifecycle
- Maintain a strong pipeline by consistently tracking nurturing and progressing leads
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth transition from lead to sales execution
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development with at least 23 years in lead generation/prospecting roles
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads in a B2B environment
- Experience closing simple or smaller-scale deals is an advantage
- Background in banking fintech or technology industries is preferred
- Strong communication stakeholder management and hunter mindset with high initiative
