Brand & Revenue CRM Intern

Work Set-Up: Hybrid (Head Office / Work From Home)

Duration: Minimum of 3 months (40 hours/week 8 hours/day)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Brand & Revenue CRM Intern to support our customer lifecycle and loyalty initiatives. This role is ideal for someone interested in data-driven marketing customer experience and CRM strategy.

• Analyze customer behavior and performance across different customer tiers to generate actionable insights

• Support initiatives that drive customer loyalty and increase customer lifetime value

• Collaborate with data engineering operations and business teams to translate data into insights for decision-making

• Assist in the design and analytics of the companys Loyalty Program (tiering rewards effectiveness engagement metrics)

• Help manage and optimize the CRM funnel including:

  • Setting up customer journey stages

  • Executing CRM campaigns

  • Monitoring lead progression

  • Tracking engagement and conversion metrics

• Provide recommendations to improve customer retention and repeat visits

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Marketing Data Analytics or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Good communication and collaboration abilities
