Role description:
Role accountabilities:
- Provide technical BIM leadership guidance and expert support to project teams resolving complex modelling and BIM-related issues.
- Lead the implementation adoption and continuous improvement of BIM processes workflows standards and best practices across projects and disciplines.
- Coach mentor and train BIM staff through structured learning programs and day-to-day technical support.
- Develop review maintain and enforce BIM standards execution plans quality control procedures and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to establish project BIM requirements standards and deliverables.
- Oversee model quality clash detection compliance reporting and constructability reviews to ensure adherence to project and company standards.
- Manage BIM technologies including software administration template and family creation automation initiatives and system upgrades.
- Collaborate with regional and global BIM leaders to align practices with industry standards identify innovation opportunities and promote technical excellence within the business.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related discipline with extensive BIM project experience.
- Strong experience leading BIM teams and delivering BIM solutions for large multidisciplinary projects.
- Proficiency in BIM standards and best practices including ISO 19650 RIBA and AIA frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to develop BIM Execution Plans and manage project delivery within budget and schedule requirements.
- Excellent leadership communication mentoring and stakeholder management skills.
