Billing Support Analyst

Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between clients and the Finance Department for billing-related inquiries.

Pull and distribute invoices and account statements as requested.

Respond to client questions related to their invoices and escalate complex issues when needed.

Manage website pop-ups and mass communications for past due accounts.

Perform other duties as assigned to support other members of the Implementation Team.

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Comfortable working across client-facing and operational/system-based tasks.

Flexible self-directed worker with the ability to follow processes and escalate appropriately.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Word Excel and Outlook with elevated Excel knowledge preferred.

Experience with Netsuite and VersaPay highly preferred.
