Billing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Billing Manager to lead our billing operations within a fast-paced global financial environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing driving process improvements and leading a high-performing team that supports revenue operations. The ideal candidate brings strong financial acumen leadership experience and a passion for continuous improvement in a complex multi-system environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead coach and develop a team of Billing Analysts to ensure high performance and accuracy
• Oversee end-to-end billing operations including invoice generation credit memos and revenue review
• Ensure billing aligns with contract terms and revenue recognition requirements
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance Legal Sales and other stakeholders
• Drive process improvements automation and operational efficiency
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) such as billing accuracy and ticket resolution time
• Manage escalations and resolve complex billing issues
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across systems (e.g. Salesforce NetSuite)
• Support month-end close activities including accruals and revenue validation

REQUIREMENTS:

• 7 years of experience in billing accounts receivable or financial operations
• 2 years of experience managing and developing teams
• Strong understanding of billing processes revenue recognition and financial controls
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce NetSuite preferred)
• Proven ability to lead process improvement and automation initiatives
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business or related field
• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based billing environments
