Billing Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

Our collaborative and dynamic Finance groupis responsible forthe billingand transactions with customersin accordance withUSGAAP and internal policies/procedures.

In this role you will work individually and cross-functionally on a range of items thatimpactour customers directly and indirectly. As customers expand or contract insizeyou willbe responsible forworking with the customer onmaintainingcorrect billing accounts and up to date payment information.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Processbilling changesto customer accounts throughour CRM.

• Reconcilecustomer payments and depositson a daily basis.

• Maintain and update monthly transactional billing files and supporting documentation.

• Researchand resolveinternal and external inquiries related to account statusand billing.

• Performoperational accountingactivitiesformonth-endand year-end.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensuretimelyissueresolution.

• Prioritize and schedule work activities to ensure established targets are achieved.

• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Business or related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2-4yearsof experience with billing and accounting functions.

• Strongproficiencyin Microsoft Excel (i.e.vlookup pivot tables etc.).

• Some experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce preferred but not.

• Experience working in a fast-paced entrepreneurialdiverseand dynamic environment.
