Bilingual Dental Receptionist (Mandarin-English)

Position Highlights:
Work remotely from the comfort of your home
Utilize your bilingual communication skills
Support patients with scheduling inquiries and follow-up care
Collaborate with dental providers and office staff
Gain experience using Oryx EMR and other dental technologies

Compensation & Benefits:
$5.00/hour during the first 90 days
$6.00/hour after successful completion of 90 days
HMO benefit after 6 months
Paid biweekly via Wise Payoneer or PayPal

Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Previous Dental Receptionist experience
Experience using Oryx EMR
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable computer headset and internet connection
Ability to work independently while maintaining HIPAA compliance
