BCBA Session Notes Specialist – ABA

We are looking for someone knowledgeable in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to accurately prepare and complete BCBA session notes. The ideal candidate understands ABA terminology child development and how client progress is documented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete BCBA session notes using appropriate ABA terminology.
• Enter required session details accurately by following portal prompts and provided templates.
• Review session information and ensure all required fields are completed.
• Document client progress behaviors interventions and outcomes appropriately.
• Follow established documentation standards and templates.
• Maintain accurate clear and professional clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience or strong knowledge in ABA/Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Understanding of child development and developmental milestones.
• Familiarity with how progress and behavioral changes are documented in ABA.
• Knowledge of common ABA terminology and documentation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to follow portal instructions templates and documentation requirements.
• Excellent written English and ability to write clear professional session notes.
