Job Summary

Position Responsibilities:

  • Monitor emails system alerts and tickets to support timely identification investigation and escalation of issues
  • Assist in troubleshooting and analysis of application and automation (RPA) issues across front-end and back-end components
  • Support production incident management including tracking documentation and follow-up activities
  • Help maintain and monitor automation workflows ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • Collaborate with development teams to support issue resolution bug fixes and minor enhancements under guidance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues inefficiencies and opportunities for automation

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently taking up bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Computer Engineering or any related courses
  • Enrolled in an internship program under an MBPS Campus Partner
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of application support software systems or troubleshooting concepts
  • Basic awareness of ITIL concepts such as incident problem and change management
  • Familiarity with automation monitoring ticketing or support tools is an advantage
