About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our clients team and oversee audit operations ensuring high-quality service delivery process efficiency and operational this role you will manage audit teams monitor performance support process improvement initiatives and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers. You will also coach team members promote best practices and contribute to the continuous enhancement of audit operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Audit Supervisors and audit teams across assigned client accounts.
• Oversee the execution of audit processes to ensure accuracy quality and timely resolution of exceptions.
• Monitor operational performance against KPIs and recommend process improvements.
• Support workflow standardization and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Coach mentor and develop team members to drive performance and professional growth.
• Serve as a point of contact for client and carrier concerns escalating issues when necessary.
• Ensure accurate documentation of CAPA SOPs and work instructions and support team training initiatives.
• Participate in audit reviews performance evaluations and operational planning activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role preferably in audit or operations.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or other process improvement certification is an advantage.
• Experience managing teams and driving operational improvements.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Can start immediately if possible.
