Associate Quality Engineer

At Manulife IT Delivery Center we arelooking for a rock starAssociate Quality Engineerwho is excited to make our cloud applications highly reliable resilient and performing at a stellar level to pursue our ambition in becoming theDigital Customer Leader in the Insurance Industry.

Position Responsibilities:

• Work as part of an agile team participating in all aspects of the agile process and ceremonies

• Create automation scripts from scratch

• Build and execute automation suites

• Debug automation test results

• Create config file to integrate to CI/CD

• Maintain the existing automation framework(feature changes data and scripts)

• Adhere to Quality Engineering processes and documentation throughout the testing cycle

• Review automation test scripts/code changes to establish best practices for the team

• Identify tests that provide value

• Analyze specific problems within the test process and propose effective solutions

• Participate in test improvement activities that meets business objectives

• Suggest appropriate business-driven decisions on improvements to the test process

Required Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience in software test engineering/quality engineering

• Ability to analyze the requirement define scope of testing and derive test scenarios and test cases

• Experience in test case management defect management and test automation tools

• Understanding of various testing phases
