What the day will look like Strategic People Programs Support the planning and delivery of key People initiatives including Talent Review Succession Planning Leadership Development Performance Management Workforce Planning Employee Engagement Inclusion & Diversity Wellness and Organizational Change programs. Project & Program Coordination Coordinate regional People programs track milestones and deliverables maintain project plans and ensure timely follow-up on actions and deadlines. Calendar & Meeting Management Organize People-related meetings workshops and leadership sessions including scheduling logistics communications and coordination across multiple time zones. Workday & HR Process Administration Support annual People processes such as Goal Setting Performance Conversations Talent Reviews and organizational data management by monitoring completion and data quality. People Analytics & Reporting Prepare and maintain HR reports dashboards and insights related to headcount vacancies turnover promotions diversity and succession planning. Talent & Recruitment Support Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to coordinate interviews candidate communications onboarding activities and hiring-related reporting. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with People Partners business leaders HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution of regional People initiatives. Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline processes improve reporting accuracy support automation initiatives and enhance employee and manager experiences through data and technology.
