Job Responsibilities:

• Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
• Order entry/order processing until order release/fulfillment
• Prepares product/license quotes as needed for pre-sales customers. Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
• Respond to inquiries from partners customers and internal teams regarding quotes pricing and product details.
• Works with sales management sales reps and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders.
• Maintain updated records of quotes follow-ups and customer communications.

Qualifications:

• College graduate of any course; if High School or SHS Diploma should have at least 2 years functional experience.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage but not required
• Good English communication skills - oral and written
• Knowledgeable with basic to intermediate MS Excel functions (vlookup pivot etc)
• Willing to work on day shift (AU time zone) and 10 days RTO/month (2 consecutive weeks)
• Can start on January 2027
