Associate, Finance Transaction Advisory

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Associate Financial Transaction Advisory to support financial due diligence and transaction engagements within a dynamic advisory environment.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in transaction advisory audit corporate finance or deal-related services who are looking to gain exposure to mergers & acquisitions financial analysis and strategic transactions.

• Support financial due diligence engagements for mergers acquisitions and strategic transactions
• Analyze financial statements earnings trends cash flows and working capital
• Conduct financial analysis market research and industry assessments
• Assist in preparing due diligence reports presentations and client deliverables
• Identify financial risks operational issues and business opportunities
• Coordinate with clients advisors and internal stakeholders during engagements
• Support transaction execution project management and reporting activities
• Assist senior team members in deal-related analysis and client presentations

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy Finance Economics Business or related field
• CPA is an advantage but not required
• Minimum of 35 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory audit corporate finance investment banking or related field
• Strong financial analysis and analytical skills
• Experience in financial due diligence or transaction support is preferred
• Excellent communication research and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Background from a professional services firm or Big 4 environment is highly preferred
