POLICARE DENTAL CLINIC
ASSOCIATE DENTIST
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice in San Jose del Monte Bulacan. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages collaborate with our dedicated team and contribute to maintaining our practices reputation for excellent patient service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform full scope of general dentistry procedures including examinations cleanings fillings extractions root canals crowns bridges and restorative work.
- Diagnose dental conditions and develop personalized treatment plans in consultation with patients.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene preventive care and treatment options to promote long-term dental health.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists assistants and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal patient flow.
- Adhere to all safety infection control and regulatory standards set by the Philippine Dental Association (PDA) and relevant health authorities.
- Participate in continuing education programs to stay current with advancements in dental technology and procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients addressing concerns and ensuring their comfort throughout treatment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school in the Philippines.
- Valid professional license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and current PDA membership.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (new graduates with strong clinical skills will also be considered).
- Knowledge of modern dental equipment and practice management systems.
- Excellent diagnostic technical and communication skills.
- Commitment to ethical dental practice and patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
