The rolewill focus on customer engagement exception handling data stewardship process adherence operational controls and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Manage credit and collections activities including customer communication via phone and email to resolve outstanding balances.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and support effective debt recovery while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Monitor high-risk and overdue accounts and implement appropriate collection strategies.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables in line with company policies and payment terms.
- Collaborate with Finance Customer Service market teams and other stakeholders to resolve account-related issues.
- Coordinate with back-office teams to clarify account discrepancies and support issue resolution.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional customer-focused approach in all customer interactions and financial discussions.
Required Knowledge and Experience
