SimCorp is looking for talented graduates to join our Graduate Program 2027 in Manila. This program is designed for fresh and recent graduates who are eager to learn grow and build meaningful careers in the financial technology industry.

As part of the program you will receive structured training mentorship and hands-on experience while working alongside experienced professionals supporting some of the worlds leading asset and investment management firms.

Depending on your skills and interests you may join one of the following career tracks:

• Associate Business Consultant
• Associate Consultant
• Associate Operations Analyst
• Associate Financial Data Analyst
• Associate Education Consultant

As a Graduate Associate you will:

• Participate in structured learning and onboarding programs.
• Work closely with experienced colleagues on client projects and internal initiatives.
• Learn about investment management financial services and SimCorps solutions.
• Support business operational data consulting or education-related activities depending on your assigned team.
• Analyze information solve problems and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different teams functions and countries.
• Build technical business and professional skills through real-world experience.

We would love to hear from you if you:

• Recently graduated or will graduate before 2027.
• Hold a Bachelors degree in any relevant discipline including:
• Finance

• Accounting

• Economics

• Mathematics

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are curious and willing to learn new concepts and technologies.
