Job Description Summary

Supports the planning coordination and delivery of corporate fit-out renovation capital improvement and construction projects. Assists Project Managers in managing project schedules budgets consultants contractors and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed safely on time within budget and to client expectations.

About the Role:

  • Assist in planning coordinating and delivering corporate fit-out renovation and construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Support project scheduling budgeting procurement and cost control to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients consultants contractors and internal teams to manage project requirements and expectations.
  • Monitor site progress quality safety and compliance with project specifications and company standards.
  • Prepare project reports maintain documentation and provide administrative and project management support to senior project leaders.

About You:

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Architecture Project Management or a related field.
  • Licensed Engineer is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination corporate fit-out renovation construction or related project management roles.
  • Knowledge of construction processes project scheduling budgeting contracts and site coordination.
  • Strong communication stakeholder management organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
