Assistant Outlet Manager Spectrum

• Supervises daily outlet operations and supports the Outlet Manager in ensuring efficient service delivery maintaining product quality and upholding service standards.
• Provides exceptional guest experiences by fostering positive relationships with guests and promoting seamless collaboration between the service team kitchen and dining area operations.
• Ensures compliance with all corporate regional and local hotel policies operating procedures and service standards maintaining consistency and operational excellence across the outlet.

Qualifications :

• Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in all day dining restaurant operations within a luxury hotel environment is highly desirable.
• Strong service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences coupled with the ability to lead motivate and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Proficient in loyalty programs Opera PMS and Microsoft Office applications with the ability to effectively utilize these tools to support daily operations.
