Job Summary
- Supervises and assists the Outlet Manager with bar operations such as inspecting and maintaining accurate service and consistency of products.
- Provides exceptional service to guests promotes and maintains good employee relations between service kitchen and dining room and leads in recruiting interviewing and hiring team members.
- Ensures all corporate regional and local hotel standards of operating policies and procedures are adhered to.
Qualifications :
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in bar operations within a luxury hotel is preferred.
- Demonstrates exceptional leadership strong guest service orientation and the ability to inspire colleagues to deliver service excellence.
- Proficient in Opera Microsoft Office applications and hotel loyalty programs.
