Job Summary
THIS ROLE:
As a senior technical subject matter expert (SME) you will be responsible for delivering high-quality performance analytics and technical support. You will review and validates complex work outputs provides expert guidance on technical issues drives process improvements and supports project execution. You will also mentors and coaches ljunior team members particularly in managing complex client portfolios and advanced accounting-related processes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Youll review performance and analytics reports client deliverables and underlying data to ensure accuracy quality and adherence to established guidelines and reporting standards.
- Youll conduct timely reviews of performance and analytics transactions including moderately complex and complex items while ensuring compliance with internal policies risk controls and client-specific requirements.
- Youll oversee day-to-day review activities providing technical guidance direction and support to junior team members to maintain high-quality service delivery.
- Youll collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries address issues and support the seamless delivery of performance and analytics services across teams.
- Youll maintain expertise in client methodologies and reporting standards identify opportunities for process improvement enhance technical methodologies and drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :
- You hold a bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Mathematics or a related field with a professional certification such as ACA CIMA ACCA CFA CAIA CPA CIPM or an equivalent qualification preferred.
- You have at least 6 years of relevant experience including 4 years in performance and analytics fund accounting financial reporting or audit with expertise in complex portfolios and advanced accounting modules.
- You possess strong technical knowledge of fund performance and analytics including portfolio return calculations Total Return IRR DPI TVPI and RVPI metrics with advanced analytical review and problem-solving capabilities.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and have proven experience reviewing complex transactions ensuring compliance with accounting standards and delivering accurate high-quality outputs.
- You are a detail-oriented and collaborative professional with excellent communication coaching and stakeholder management skills capable of providing technical guidance driving process improvements resolving issues proactively and performing effectively under pressure with a strong can-do attitude.
