Architectural Designer (MidSenior)

They are expanding their offshore team following a successful previous placement and are looking for another senior-level designer of similar calibre.
This position suits a mid-to-senior designer with solid Australian experience strong Revit capability and confidence working independently in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and document architectural drawings using Revit in line with Australian drafting standards
- Prepare detailed documentation for development applications and construction
- Coordinate consultant information and integrate inputs into Revit models
- Work closely with the Principal and design team to meet project requirements
- Participate in design reviews and quality checks
- Manage drawing revisions version control and file organization
- Contribute to concept development and design discussions
- Maintain regular communication through online meetings and project tools
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience working with Australian clients or firms
- Strong commercial project experience including high-rise childcare and warehouses
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential)
- Solid understanding of Australian building codes and standards (BCA/NCC)
- Strong documentation and detailing skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently and manage deliverables remotely
- Stable internet connection and suitable home workstation
Preferred Attributes
- Experience handling drawing sets from concept through documentation
- Exposure to Australian residential and commercial projects
- Familiarity with tools such as Enscape Lumion SketchUp or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience using collaboration tools like MS Teams or Trello
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive working style
- Part-time remote role (around 20 hours per week)
