Location: Taguig Philippines

We are seeking an experienced AR Billing Supervisor to lead a team within a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) environment. The successful candidate will oversee daily billing operations monitor team performance drive operational excellence and ensure timely resolution of billing and accounts receivable issues.

• Supervise and lead a team of AR Billing Representatives.
• Monitor productivity quality collections and aging metrics.
• Coach mentor and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
• Manage workload distribution and ensure efficient accounts receivable processes.
• Handle escalations perform account research and resolve complex billing issues.
• Conduct interviews onboarding training performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations.

• At least 23 years of supervisory or team lead experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
• Strong background in Healthcare Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Medical Billing.
• Knowledge of UB-04 EOB interpretation CPT and ICD coding.
• Familiarity with Medicare regulations HIPAA and Patient Financial Services operations.
• Excellent leadership communication coaching and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
