Job Summary
Recruitment Coordinator
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our hiring process by managing candidate communications and interview scheduling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting applicants coordinating interviews following up with no-shows and ensuring candidates receive timely reminders throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and engage leads through Applicant Pro.
- Schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
- Follow up with applicants who do not attend their scheduled interviews.
- Send reminder texts to candidates the evening before and/or the morning of their interviews.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment statuses in the system.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Provide excellent candidate experience through timely and professional communication.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination customer service or administrative support is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of candidate communications.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and sending follow-up messages.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
