We are looking for highly motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Agents based in the Philippines to support international clients across common service-based industries such as home services real estate professional services local businesses and other customer-facing sectors.
In this role you will conduct outbound calls qualify potential customers and schedule appointments for the clients sales team. Your ability to communicate clearly follow a structured process and stay consistent with call targets will play a key role in helping clients generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in English-speaking markets.
Follow provided scripts to introduce services and engage prospects professionally.
Qualify leads based on client criteria and customer needs.
Schedule qualified appointments for the clients sales or operations team.
Maintain accurate records of calls outcomes follow-ups and appointments.
Consistently meet daily activity targets and performance KPIs.
Represent the clients brand with a professional confident and friendly tone.
Requirements
Strong English communication skills both verbal and written.
Previous experience in cold calling telemarketing appointment setting or customer service is preferred.
Comfortable making 160250 outbound calls per day.
Ability to consistently schedule at least 23 qualified appointments daily.
Goal-oriented self-motivated and comfortable working with performance targets.
Able to follow scripts handle objections and stay consistent with follow-ups.
Reliable internet connection and quiet remote work environment.
Ability to work U.S. hours 8:00 AM 5:00 PM PST.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in appointment setting lead generation or outbound sales.
Background working with U.S.-based clients or remote teams.
Familiarity with CRM tools dialers call tracking systems or lead management platforms.
Experience supporting service-based businesses such as home services real estate healthcare insurance marketing agencies or professional services.
