Application Support Specialist | Fresh Graduates

Job Description:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware software and networking

• Install and configure hardware and software applications

• Monitor and maintain Cartrack application and systems to ensure their smooth functioning

• Collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain IT projects

• Document technical procedures user manuals and FAQs

• Provide technical support for any IT related matters or issue

• Train users on the use of Cartrack applications and hardware

• Continuously update technical knowledge and skills

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher NITEC Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering Electronics Engineering Telecommunications Automotive Engineering or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship or hands-on technical experience is an advantage.

• Basic understanding of telematics GPS tracking systems or automotive electronics is a plus.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to interact professionally with customers.

• Self-motivated enthusiastic and customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Willing to work outside regular business hours when operational requirements demand it.
