Job Summary
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and administration of the companys benefits programs both statutory and non-statutory employee benefits.
- Support benefits administration activities including local benefits benchmarking data gathering and analysis and the maintenance of benefits records in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of employee benefits enrollments compensation and personnel changes onboarding and offboarding documentation and other related employee information.
- Support payroll administration by preparing and coordinating payroll instructions related to employee benefits allowances deductions and other compensation-related transactions with Finance Shared Services.
- Liaise with government agencies and external providers on statutory benefits requirements compliance submissions and employee concerns.
- Support compliance with labor laws statutory requirements and company policies related to benefits.
- Collaborate with HR and management to conduct benefits reviews updates and audits.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of benefits-related reports and records for management review.
- Address employee questions and resolve issues related to benefits.
- Provide support in the implementation of HR programs activities and employee engagement initiatives.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Psychology Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in benefits administration with exposure to compensation processes preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Skills
- Strong familiarity with employee benefits administration with experience coordinating statutory and non-statutory benefits such as SSS PhilHealth Pag-ibig HMO insurance and related programs.
- Basic understanding of compensation structures such as salary grades allowances and other pay-related elements.
- With working knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements with experience in manufacturing industry settings.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationship at all levels/cross functional teams.
- Strong ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
