Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Amazon FBA operations and keep things running smoothly.

• Manage projects from planning to execution keeping priorities deadlines and deliverables on track.

• Monitor operational performance spot issues early and turn problems into practical solutions.

• Improve workflows systems and processes to make the business more efficient.

• Coordinate tasks and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and take initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.

• Learn the business deeply take on increasing responsibility and help drive its next stage of growth.

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

• Strong Amazon experience is a must. You understand how Amazon FBA operations work in practice.

• Proven ability to manage projects juggle priorities and follow through.

• Sharp analytical thinking and exceptional attention to detail.

• A fast learner who can absorb feedback adapt quickly and figure things out.

• Highly driven hardworking organized and comfortable taking ownership.

• Humble enough to learn confident enough to take initiative and committed to doing great work.

• Reliable trustworthy and interested in building a long-term working relationship.

Experience level: Junior-to-mid or mid-level is ideal. More experienced candidates are welcome too the right mindset matters more than a fancy title. Were looking for someone eager to learn grow and build something meaningful.
