Amazon Account Health Specialist

Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday 9 AM - 5PM EST

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Health Specialist to manage and maintain the health of our Amazon Seller Central account. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience handling Amazon account health issues opening and managing Seller Support cases responding to policy violations and monitoring customer feedback to ensure account compliance and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the overall health of our Amazon Seller Central account.
  • Open manage and follow up on Seller Support cases until resolution.
  • Respond to account health notifications policy violations and performance warnings.
  • Monitor and address negative customer feedback and product reviews when appropriate.
  • Investigate and resolve listing catalog and account-related issues.
  • Prepare and submit appeals and Plans of Action (POAs) for account or listing reinstatements.
  • Monitor key account health metrics including Order Defect Rate (ODR) Valid Tracking Rate (VTR) Late Shipment Rate (LSR) and Customer Service Performance.
  • Work with internal teams to resolve issues affecting account performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of cases appeals and resolutions.
  • Stay current with Amazon policies and Seller Central updates.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Account Health and seller performance metrics.
  • Experience opening managing and escalating Seller Support cases.
  • Experience handling customer feedback removal requests and resolving account performance issues.
  • Knowledge of Amazon policies compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Experience preparing successful Plans of Action (POAs) and account appeals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
