Lead community engagement and resettlement initiatives for infrastructure and development projects. Manage stakeholder relations social impact assessments and livelihood restoration programs.

• Develop and implement resettlement action plans
• Conduct community consultations and stakeholder engagement
• Assess and mitigate social and economic impacts
• Design livelihood restoration programs
• Monitor compliance and prepare reports
• Maintain transparent communication with affected communities

Education:

• Postgraduate degree in Community Development Sociology Anthropology Economics Development/Project Management or Civil Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in resettlement community development or social impact management
• Minimum 3 years managing resettlement projects or community engagement

• Knowledge of international resettlement standards (World Bank IFC ADB)
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Cultural sensitivity and project management experience
• Local language fluency (advantage)
