Seeking an experiencedAirport Cost Engineerto manage cost estimation budgeting and project controls for airport infrastructure projects.

• Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for airport projects (terminals runways taxiways facilities)
• Monitor project costs against budgets and identify variances
• Prepare cost reports and forecasts for stakeholders
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies
• Collaborate with engineering procurement and operations teams
• Support tender processes and vendor negotiations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety
• Maintain cost databases for benchmarking

• Licensed Civil Engineer(PE/CE or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 yearscost engineering or project controls experience
• Minimum 3 yearsdirect airport infrastructure project experience
• Proficiency in cost estimation software (Primavera SAP or similar)
• Strong knowledge of aviation project standards and specifications
• Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills

• AACE certifications
• Terminal expansion or runway construction experience
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification
