Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate teams manage budgets and timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and manage scope objectives and deliverables
- Lead and motivate project teams
- Manage budgets resources and schedules
- Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates
- Identify and manage risks and issues
- Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Bachelors Degreein Civil Engineering Industrial Engineering Architecture Transportation Management Economics or Urban/Environmental Planning
- Postgraduate Degreein a related field
- 7 yearsgeneral professional experience
- 5 yearsrelevant project management experience
- Project management certification (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent) is advantageous
Desired Skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Project management software proficiency (MS Project Primavera)
- Budget and financial management expertise
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Work Environment
- Office and on-site work as required
- Willingness to travel to project sites
