The Mission

We are building AI-powered content and sales systems that run continuously and drive real business outcomes traffic leads and revenue.

This role is not theoretical.

You will design build deploy and iterate AI automations across content generation distribution CRM and sales workflows.

What Youll Actually Do

• Build AI-driven content engines (SEO social email repurposing)
  
• Design and deploy n8n-based automation workflows
  
• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI / Claude) into production systems
  
• Automate lead capture enrichment scoring and follow-up
  
• Deploy AI agents to support sales and marketing workflows
  
• Connect AI systems to CRM marketing and analytics tools
  
• Stress-test outputs for reliability accuracy and scale
  
• Continuously improve systems based on performance data
  

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

• n8n (or equivalent workflow automation)
  
• OpenAI / LLM APIs (beyond basic prompts)
  
• Webhooks REST APIs JSON
  
• Building multi-step automation workflows
  
• Deploying AI systems used by real teams or clients
  

Strong Bonus (But Not Mandatory)

• SEO automation or content generation at scale
  
• AI sales agents / outbound automation
  
• CRM automation (Zoho HubSpot GoHighLevel)
  
• Vector databases / RAG systems
  
• Basic scripting (JS or Python)
  
• Experience in finance property or lead-gen businesses
