At Bill Gosling Outsourcing were looking for Customer Service Specialists who are ready to be part of an exciting pioneer account and grow with us from the ground up.In this role youll support customers by resolving inquiries efficiently accurately and thoroughly. Youll balance empathy with confidence and respectful assertiveness ensuring every interaction delivers a positive customer experience.
Were looking for individuals with strong critical thinking problem-solving and communication skills. Youll use purposeful questioning and effective call control to understand each customers needs connect product knowledge with the customer and merchant context and provide complete solutionswith the goal of achieving one-call resolution whenever possible.

What Youll Do:
Help customers with complaints and questions give customers information about products and services
Ensure to deliver BGO and client metrics and expectations on a regular basis.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
Update customer files with appropriate information and ensure information being placed in customer files follow regulatory client specific and corporate guidelines
Engage with customers on all inbound/outbound calls emails and other channels of communication applicable and/ or supports to update customers account information
Champion company core values and other company programs
Other duties as assigned
