Job Summary
This is a remote position.
- Provide construction administration and project coordination support across projects.
- Coordinate communication between contractors architects and other project stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain construction drawings and project documentation.
- Assist with procurement activities and obtaining and coordinating quotations.
- Support the team in keeping project information and documentation organised.
- Read and understand construction drawings and apply an understanding of construction processes and procedures to the role.
- Construction industry experience is essential.
- Sound understanding of construction processes and procedures.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive and self-sufficient with the ability to work with minimal hand-holding.
- Experience in construction administration and project coordination.
- Experience with Procore Breadcrumb and/or Microsoft Project is beneficial.
- Experience with other construction or project management software will also be considered.
- Australian construction experience is advantageous but relevant experience from the US Canada Philippines or other markets will be considered.
- ASAP availability is preferred.
- Australian clients and Australian hours (giving you great experience and an early finish!)

Required Skills:
Advanced proficiency in quantity takeoffs estimating and reporting. Strong experience in construction management software for document control and project tracking. Proven capability in construction-specific estimating and accounting functions. High proficiency in Excel (for data analysis/exporting) Word (for professional specifications) and Outlook (for project correspondence). Proven experience in an Estimator or Project Administrator role within the Australian construction industry preferably with exposure to luxury residential or commercial sectors. Strong understanding of Australian building codes and construction methods. Exceptional mathematical literacy and organizational skills with a perfectionist eye for detail. Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g. Certificate IV in Building Project Support/Estimating or Construction Management) are highly regarded.
