About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Support Specialist to join our this role you will be responsible for managing and processing IT-related billing activities including mobile devices telecommunications and other IT services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills attention to detail and a good understanding of IT billing processes along with experience in reporting inventory management and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process invoices related to mobile devices telecommunications and other IT services.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
  • Maintain and update billing records and documentation.
  • Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and issues.
  • Monitor billing accounts and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Support inventory management of IT assets including tracking and reconciliation.
  • Generate detailed reports on billing activities inventory and other relevant metrics.
  • Utilize AI tools and technologies to automate and optimize billing and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to streamline billing and inventory workflows.
  • Stay informed about emerging AI trends and identify opportunities to incorporate AI solutions into billing and inventory management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative support billing or finance-related roles.
  • Familiarity with IT billing mobile device management and telecommunications billing is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
  • Experience with reporting tools and inventory management systems.
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts and experience with AI tools or platforms is a plus.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in finance administration or AI is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with billing software or ERP systems.
  • Understanding of IT asset management.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in business processes.
